How I work

Build the platform once

Most teams rebuild tenant isolation, billing, permissions and domain routing for every new product. It is the same work every time and it is where the months go.

Sitepresso's platform does it once. About 385 live tenant sites run on it, from a single Next.js monorepo, with plan entitlements and a theme engine on top. When DriftHR needed multi-tenancy, white-label branding and custom domains, none of that was new work.

I decide, I do not type

I do not write production code. I decide what gets built, what gets reused, and what gets refused. That last one matters most. The payments layer sits behind one abstraction because three separate gateway integrations would have been three things to maintain forever.

Ship to real users early, then listen

WorkVib went to fifty early adopters in beta before it was finished. Enterprise CRM and accounting platforms were specified with the client's own finance teams, not from a brief. MorningBag reached a thousand users on a 250 dollar marketing budget because the growth plan was on-field campaigns, not paid acquisition.

Compliance is product work

DriftHR runs payroll for India and New Zealand. India means TDS, EPF, ESI and professional tax across thirteen states. New Zealand means PAYE, KiwiSaver, ESCT, ACC and the Holidays Act. There are over 280 golden tests behind those engines because payroll that is 99% right is wrong.

I also hold the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor qualification, which is unusual for a product person and useful every time a customer sends a security questionnaire.
